    Awash Ethiopian Restaurant is my go-to place whenever I crave authentic Ethiopian food. The ambiance is spot on with its traditional Gojo bait setting, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into every detail. The service is friendly and attentive, and the food is consistently excellent. I love their vegetarian options, especially the Misir Wot and Gomen.
