June 13, 2024 at 2:03 pmAwash Ethiopian Restaurant is my go-to place whenever I crave authentic Ethiopian food. The ambiance is spot on with its traditional Gojo bait setting, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into every detail. The service is friendly and attentive, and the food is consistently excellent. I love their vegetarian options, especially the Misir Wot and Gomen. Don’t miss out on the coffee ceremony—it’s a must-try! This restaurant truly captures the essence of Ethiopian culture right here in Miami.

June 13, 2024 at 2:02 pmI stumbled upon Awash Ethiopian Restaurant while exploring Miami, and I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere is cozy and authentic, like dining in a friend’s home in Ethiopia. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh injera with flavorful wats that made my taste buds dance. The coffee ceremony was a highlight, and I even picked up some rare Ethiopian spices from their shop. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience true Ethiopian cuisine!
